The Wellpath Difference
Same day, walk-in appointments.
We understand when it comes to recovery, the power of “now” is paramount. In a world of one day at a time, tomorrow can feel like an eternity. We pride ourselves on offering same day, walk-in appointments so that when you are ready to take the first step towards recovery, we are there to help you make it a reality.
A provider onsite every day of the week.
Our goal is to provide the most effective and accessible treatment available. As a result, we offer a medical provider onsite, every day of the week to meet your medical needs as well as manage your medication regimen.
Addiction and mental health treatment handled by the same team, under the same roof.
Many patients seeking treatment for a substance use disorder also may struggle with a mental illness. This means they commonly must go to one place to address their addiction and another for their mental health issues. This fragmented treatment approach often leaves patients undiagnosed and/or untreated. Wellpath Community Care Centers are among the first treatment centers offering both opioid addiction and mental health co-morbid treatment in the same place by the same team.
Our innovative technology gives you access to treatment from the comfort of your own home.
A common barrier for those in opioid addiction and mental health treatment is the simple act of getting there. Wellpath Community Care Centers offer leading edge technologies that support our patients from day-one so they can get the treatment needed from the comfort of their home. We’re proud to be using TeleHealth to shorten the journey to hope and healing.

Addiction is a chronic, treatable disease.
What is Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)?
Medication-Assisted Treatment is the use of FDA-approved medications, including Suboxone and Vivitrol, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a “whole patient” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. A common myth of MAT is that it’s only about the medicine, but it is truly about the combination: Medicine + Counseling = Treatment.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid, alcohol, and tobacco dependence.
Wellpath Community Care Centers provide effective evidence-based MAT programs for individuals who have harmful involvement with substances or mental health needs. Our goal is to improve every patient’s quality of life while promoting behavioral, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental and vocational wellness.
